As Director, Finance, Risk and Administration, Errol is responsible for projects in the construction and concession phases. He leads the team dedicated to supporting the clients to diligently follow the Project Agreement, to monitoring the progress of the project and to resolving major project issues. Errol provides support to develop the federal, First Nation and municipal P3 sectors in Canada, and works with clients to undertake procurement and business case development, which included the review of financial models, risk assessment and value for money calculations.
Prior to joining the Corporation in 2011, Errol was an advisor in alternate capital financing at the Ministry of Treasury Board and Finance, Government of Alberta, working on the development of policies and procurement of school facilities and ring road projects in the province.
Errol has an engineering degree in Industrial Production from the Manipal Institute of Technology in India. He also has a Master of Business Administration from Concordia University, in Montréal, as well as a Project Management Professional certification from the Project Management Institute.
