Our Board
PPP Canada’s Board of Directors consists of a maximum of 9 directors. Directors serve terms of up to four years and may be reappointed.
The Board of Directors is composed of a Chairperson, the CEO, and since May 2009, Minister of Finance and Governor in Council had appointed six other Directors to the Board.
PPP Canada's Board of Directors is led by an independent Chair and conducts its oversight function in concert with key Board Committees.
