Federal P3 Screen
On March 26, 2012 Treasury Board Secretariat published the Guideline to Implementing Budget 2011 Direction on Public-Private Partnerships. The guideline requires departments to consult PPP Canada on the application of the screen to their proposed projects. To support departments in meeting the Budget 2011 screening requirements, PPP Canada has developed a screening tool and supporting guide. These screening tools are intended to assist departments and agencies in determining P3 suitability and to promote consistency and comparability across projects. The screening matrix should be completed electronically to allow for automated scoring.
P3 Service Roster
PPP Canada has awarded Standing Offer Contracts to Consultants in the following five work streams:
To supplement our internal expertise, PPP Canada has created a roster of pre-qualified P3 service providers who are able to support the development and analysis of P3 projects.
