The P3 Canada Fund
The P3 Canada Fund was created to improve the delivery of public infrastructure and provide better value, timeliness and accountability by increasing the effective use of P3s. Designed to incent innovation and encourage inexperienced government to consider P3s in public infrastructure procurements, it was the first infrastructure funding program, anywhere in Canada, that directly targeted P3s.
To date, PPP Canada has invested over $1.3B to 25 large or complex infrastructure projects across the country in a variety of asset classes. These P3s have combined capital costs of over $6.6B and have resulted in savings of approximately $1.7B compared to traditional procurement approaches.
PPP Canada is not currently accepting new project proposals.
